App security scanner wouldn't load :(

The lab did not work. Task 2 asks to go to Security Scan tab. Clicking on Security Scan did nothing. The loading icon just kept going in circles. In Task 1, it asks to visit the website using the link you get after running the gcloud app command. It says to wait a few minutes if you get an error. I waited over 20 minutes and it still did not work. Additionally, the Powershell kept timing out every minute or two.

Was unable to launch security scanner. Waited about an hour for it to launch with nothing but a spinning wheel
