The scanner got stuck at 42% and the time is running out...

The scanner did not complete the first scan. It ran almost the whole lab time and got stuck somewhere at 42%. I did other things while waiting, but the scanner does not seem very efficient; i.e., not something I could recommend to my developers. :(
