ERROR: Cannot install -r requirements.txt (line 5) and google-cloud-logging==2.4.0 because these package versions have conflicting dependencies. In Task 4, it should be remembered the location of the file to modify and the path for deploying application. This code "return escape(data['title'])" does not work
