Stupid lab instructions ask for 500GB encrypted disk but you can't even launch a VM with the attached disk because it "exceeds" Google's own quota for the US central 1 region. Google, get your act together before you launch a lab like this.

You cannot create an encrypted disk of 500G due to quota limit for compute engine. Create 50G instead to pass the test. The test needs to be updated.

disk quota in us-central1-a is 500GB, which is exceeded if we follow the instructions.
