the calculation at the end was confusing. was the threshold 20 over three 5 minute period = 60 mins or 1 instance hour or 30 over three 5 minute period = 90 mins. i believe 90 mins will be > 1 instance hour. so why does the lab say the threshold of 30 over three 5 minute period is 1 instance hour. that was very confusing.
