First of all repeated termination of my lab account on a challenge lab where I can follow any method to achieve the end result. Second Service Usage consumer role is required which is not part of the instructions to call the Gcloud APIs. Pathetic service and instructions for a 29USD/month subscription. Need to think about subscribing next month.
