I got roles/bigquery.dataEditor and roles/storage.objectAdmin, but when running the script I got the error "Caller does not have required permission to use project qwiklabs-gcp-00-289fa120b6ab. Grant the caller the roles/serviceusage.serviceUsageConsumer role , or a custom role with the serviceusage.services.use permission, by visiting". I needed to allow roles/serviceusage.serviceUsageConsumer to be able to continue.
