Could not make the uploaded image public, so the caching didn't work, and when i uploaded a new photo, the caching worked, but then the qwiklabs "run step" for the create and populate a cloud storage bucket said i got 0/5 points.

Share publicly box doesn't exist anymore, it's replaced with explicit permission-based access control. Logs mentioned do not exist either.
