1st attempt at the lab it appears that the lab pre-configuration is somewhat broken because I was not able to select subnet-b (not showing on the drop down list) when configuring the instance-template-2. The result of this is that the step verification check fails :( I've deleted the offending template and tried to recreate it but again the subnet-b was not available. In the 2nd attempt I as able to select the subnet-b, just as expected and therefore complete the lab successfully in time
