Efectivamente y como dije antes, el lab tiene un Bug. La IP que aparece inicial al momento de crear la regla del Firewall esta mal, al colocar la mencionada no funciona, toca colocar es la 0.0.0.0/0, y en español si se ve la diferencia, en ingles, continua con 10.10.0.0/16.
