Enhance Application Reliability and Scalability with Internal Load Balancing Reviews

Why do labs force me to create resources in such crowded regions? I couldn't finish the lab because of ZONE_RESOURCE_STOCKOUT. There's regions in which no customer really wants to run their workloads in, why not choose them instead?
