Resources confirmed created and verified via gcloud: Instance templates — both created with correct machine type (e2-micro), correct subnets, and the lb-backend network tag confirmed present: instance-template-1 → subnet-a, tags=['lb-backend'] instance-template-2 → subnet-b, tags=['lb-backend'] Managed instance groups — both created in different zones of asia-east1, each with autoscaling (min=1, max=1, target CPU=80%, cooldown=45s) active: instance-group-1 → asia-east1-b, AUTOSCALED: yes, SIZE: 1 instance-group-2 → asia-east1-a, AUTOSCALED: yes, SIZE: 1 Utility VM — created at 10.10.20.50 in subnet-a, no external IP, RUNNING. Functional verification — SSH'd directly into utility-vm and confirmed both backends serve HTTP correctly: curl 10.10.20.2 → returns page from instance-group-1-67k7 curl 10.10.30.2 → returns page from instance-group-2-m30g Troubleshooting already performed: Verified firewall rules from Task 1 are correctly applied and active. Verified network tags on both templates match the firewall target tag (lb-backend). Fixed and re-verified an initial oversight where instance-group-1 was missing its autoscaler; confirmed it now shows AUTOSCALED: yes. Re-ran "Check my progress" multiple times after each fix, with no change in score for this task. Request: Given that all resources match the lab's stated requirements and are functionally verified (backends respond correctly to HTTP requests from within the VPC), please investigate whether the grading script for this task is experiencing a backend issue, or advise if there is an additional undocumented requirement being checked.
