(Project: qwiklabs-gcp-02-c196c0f2f101). Issue Summary: While completing Task 2 (Configure instance templates and create instance groups), I was unable to create instance-group-2 in the europe-west1-c zone due to a ZONE_RESOURCE_POOL_EXHAUSTED error. Error Message: "Instance 'instance-group-2-xsb7' creation failed: The zone 'projects/qwiklabs-gcp-02-c196c0f2f101/zones/europe-west1-c' does not have enough resources available to fulfill the request." Impact: This caused significant delays in a timed lab environment, as the instance group appeared to be provisioning normally but was silently failing. There was no immediate warning in the Console that the zone lacked capacity. Workaround Applied: I deleted the stuck instance group and recreated it in europe-west1-d, which resolved the issue. Suggestions: 1. The lab instructions should warn students that zone resource exhaustion can occur and suggest alternative zones. 2. The Console should surface the ZONE_RESOURCE_POOL_EXHAUSTED error more prominently rather than showing a generic resizing status. 3. Consider pre-validating zone capacity before lab sessions begin.
