Many bugs: by default, the GCLOUD PROJECT variable is not set so the prepare script is always KO. I had to set by myself this variable. The Cloud Shell terminal disconnects all the 30 s/1min, very annoying because I have to reset all my variables when restarting the terminal (and one time, I had a ghost process running node that prevents me to restart my app so I had to run "killall node"). Very bad experience :'(
