the lab crashed on the verification for the 1st step, I set the VM as instructed and the image was running properly but even after several minutes the verification didnt pass, and have to restart

lab was OK, except from "check my progress" for the 1st checkpoint not working. the service worked as expected, but "progress check" did not see the VM
