Dataprep ingestion reduced raw table to 0.02% of the original size. There was also an issue where after making some mistakes, I eventually ended up with a model with an RMSE of less than 5, but the lab still didn't mark it as correct.

Says remove any data with passengers less than '2'. Surely means '1', which is majority of data.
