I did this lab 3 times only to realize that I need to look at the test set to narrow down the "valid" range for the latitude/longitude values. I literally tried everything else and didn't like how there is no part of the description that mentions that this is the NYC taxi rides dataset. It would be more correct if I limited the range based on the fact that it's NYC rather than by looking at the test data I believe.
