It is definitely not enough time if not prepare in advance. For example, I spent about 20 minutes for only analyzing "appropriate values" for latitude and longitude. I believe I saw the condition to have a "good enough" ML model when I prepared but I don't see it anymore. It is good if you've removed it because the quality of the model should not be the goal of this exercise for a data engineer.
