Everything worked fine (including validation of my pipeline). But then the pipeline failed - I couldn't figure out how to edit the pipeline and I didn't see any error messages.

Videos aren't great for learning and I got a 403 error when trying to View the Instance from Data Fusion - will try again later but a bit naff.
