I wish there were a little more detailed instruction about adding users in the IAM section. I kept getting a tooltip-like error saying that the account needed to be an existing Google user account, but then it worked after allowing the instance to fully spin up. Perhaps a reminder that the email brought over to the IAM permissions and roles won't look valid until the instance has been allowed enough time to instantiate?
