Logs Viewer already a legacy service, not found on gcp console but log explorer and ip should modify as ipv4, imho, maybe the course info have t obe modify?

no log viewer in the logging, I think it must be changed as 'Logs Exploer' and I spent much time to find it. can not find the input field let me type my client ip in the Log Explorer UI. Please update this doc.
