execute pipeline successfully but check progress failed

wouldnt let me check task 6 even though i it was correct. the only difference was the version of the pipeline in the course was v 1.2.0 and the one currently in the hub is v 1.2.2. i managed to complete task 7 as the pipeline ran as expected
