Configure an Application Load Balancer with Google Cloud Armor Reviews

During the process of building instance templates, the UI repeatedly failed to display the newly created templates. Even though the notifications confirmed that the creation was complete, the templates didn't show up on the screen. Eventually, I had to use Cloud Shell commands to manually check for and delete those 'invisible' existing templates before I could successfully create new ones.
