Unable to complete the Seige-vm, I have followed instructions but still seems it is. not being able to recognise the siege-vm as created.

I've configured the siege-vm blacklist correctly, but when I check the progress, it displays this: Check complete. Points earned: 0. Message: Please create an instance named 'siege-vm' and ensure 'siege' is installed.

se crean la siege-vm en región y zona. luego se agrega la ip y la regla de denegación al balanceador y no se puede terminar pq dice que no existe la vm con el siege , cuando las pruebas desde ssh son exitosas mostrando cuando aplica y cuando no la reglas de denegacion para la ip de la vm.
