Configure an Application Load Balancer with Google Cloud Armor Reviews

No matter what I try, I cannot successfully open an SSH connection to the siege-vm VM. I've already failed this lab twice. I enabled both the IAP and Network Management APIs. I created the VM using the web console and through a gcloud command. I ensured I followed the instructions. It doesn't matter.
