The ssh to the siege vm was not succeeding, many retries also. Something with the ssh was the problem

I have restarted this lab twice now because I keep hitting problems with the VM instance groups for Europe, seems there is a capacity issue and the VM will flap, get created and destroyed. Really frustrating.
