Issues with SSH due to lab T&C prompt not being asked. I needed to use a workaround to use SSH (VM metadata: enable-oslogin=false). "Test HTTP connectivity" contains a mistake. It says: curl -c 3 <Enter green's external IP here> It should say: curl <Enter green's external IP here>
