Lab is not able to do the verification but Terraform resources got created. I also faced this issue Compute Engine API has not been used in project qwiklabs-gcp-04-df8a6081de3b before or it is disabled. Enable it by visiting https://console.developers.google.com/apis/api/compute.googleapis.com/overview?project=qwiklabs-gcp-04-df8a6081de3b then retry. If you enabled this API recently, wait a few minutes for the action to propagate to our systems and retry
