리뷰 Terraform을 사용한 Cloud SQL개

Maybe some of the explanation of the infrastructure being created could be put before the start of the lab so we don't lose time having to read it while the lab is running. Like for the cloud proxy. Maybe also move the understanding of the terraform module to before the lab start and also add that the database can take an average of 14 minutes to be fully created helps the student to know he can't lose time to complete the tasks..

The lab is well structured. However, the Terraform code specifies an old MySQL version, so DB creation takes 15 minutes because it has to undergo provisioning and the auto-upgrade. It would be nice as well to have some basic SQL statements already written out for testing at the end.
