During Connection test, there is no warning to pass next step. I've waited more than 10 minutes to return back to shell. Although i needed to create new shell and connect mysql while proxy sql is on :)

I had drama opening a second shell to test the Cloud SQL proxy. It could have been my local machine. The second cloud shell was painfully slow and the cloud page was unresponsive. I was suspicious that terraform and the proxy were too resource intensive for the shell instance.
