Lab is broken. Got "Error 400: Invalid request: At least one of Public IP or Private IP connectivity must be enabled" with default config. Had to comment out "ip_configuration" entry in ../../main.tf to get it to work.

google_sql_database_instance resource is outdated and requires IP configuration .
