Cloud SQL with Terraform Reviews

Maybe some of the explanation of the infrastructure being created could be put before the start of the lab so we don't lose time having to read it while the lab is running. Like for the cloud proxy. The lab is well structured. However, the Terraform code specifies an old MySQL version, so DB creation takes 15 minutes because it has to undergo provisioning and the auto-upgrade. It would be nice as well to have some basic SQL statements already written out for testing at the end.
