This didn't work and repeatedly gave me errors. I tried to problem solve, but pretty difficult as a beginner. Need more clear instructions about when to simply copy code word for word and where own info needs to be edited in.

Failed to create storage bucket because billing account is not enabled. But I cannot enable billing account because I am not billing admin.

Baling out - no billing enable for GCS on the Qwiklab student account- can not create bucket - can not run the pipeline as the pipeline output only goes to GCS :-(
