We're still trying to find a VM for you, please wait. I spent 20 minutes retry/waiting and in another browser window tried with my normal GCP account and it, too, got that message.

This lab was absolutely terrible. Too short to learn anything, please go into more details if you're going charge people for this stuff. God awful.
