Very good introduction to Terraform. Taking off one star because Terraform was not already installed as the instructions said. Adding back half a star because the CLI provided instructions for installing it. Deducting half a star for slightly confusing names used in the .tf file. I would suggest naming the VM something other than "terraform" because to people not used to looking at these config files, it is not obvious that "terraform" is the VM name. Using something like "server1" or "VM1" would make it obvious that it's the name of the VM we are creating as opposed to something specifically related to Terraform.
