HTTPS Content-Based Load Balancer with Terraform Reviews

Didn't work at all. Couldn't run `terraform plan` as was looking for an old CentOS 6 image. After updating that, resources did deploy, but not frontend created for the load balancer. After manually creating that, I could get the initial page to load, but none of the groups. Was generating a self-signed certificate warning even on root of load balancer front end, so the QwiwLabs check wouldn't recognize the task as complete. No real understanding of what was being created to troubleshoot further as it was simply showing how to clone a GitHub repo and run a `terraform apply` rather than detail what was being defined in the Terraform configuration and why.
