i waited about 45 minutes for 2 of the instance group backends to become healthy (the third instance group was healthy almost immediately). it took quite a while for 1 of 2 instances, in each instance group, to be marked as healthy but the second one was still not marked as healthy. i know things can take a while but this seems unusually long. i was, however, able to have progress marked as correct and received 100/100.
