HTTPS Content-Based Load Balancer with Terraform Reviews

The lab isn't up to date with the sample that is being used from the github repo. While everything works fine there is a mismatch with things like the lab saying that terraform plan will show Plan: 42 to add, however the current plan show 43 to add.

Error: Unresolvable module version constraint││ on main.tf line 115:│ 115: module "gce-lb-https" {││ There is no available version of module "registry.terraform.io/terraform-google-modules/lb-http/google" (main.tf:115) which matches the given version│ constraint. The newest available version is 11.0.0. Had to change for version 11
