HTTPS Content-Based Load Balancer with Terraform avis

The lab isn't up to date with the sample that is being used from the github repo. While everything works fine there is a mismatch with things like the lab saying that terraform plan will show Plan: 42 to add, however the current plan show 43 to add.

The newest available version is 11.0.0. Had to change for version 11
