i had to create a new student account and use my credits again to finish this as the first timed out because i was trying to fix the errors i received for terraform apply as the prev session stopped in the middle of creating 7 resources so it would throw errors that some of it existed.. please update your error handling and verification of each resource so you can start from anywhere..
