after 'terraform apply" command, the cluster creation does not complete and takes all the lab time

There is no way people can complete the lab. Keep getting lost connection to cloud shell after 20 minutes while the terraform apply being executed. very bad experience with the lab design. It just keep eating people's credit.

I had to retake a few times this lab, because cluster deployment was stuck at 60-ish percent (each time it was the same percent, I don' remember exactly number)
