The instructions are out of date. They state: --Create the Cloud Routers --Step 1: Create the Network-1 Cloud Router --Console: Products & services > Interconnect > Cloud Routers This has now moved under Hybrid When learning something new it is imperative that the instructions are clear. If one has to look for and try alternate fields one cannot be certain that the correct action is performed.
