I was confused about the step when actually NLB gets created and which command does that. When I created the target pool/backend the console showed the load balancer. So after searching on Gemini I found the NLB is just visible on console but it's actually gets created after creating forwarding rule. So we need to create NLB in 3 step. It's good to have description about this in the lab.
