lab instruction is not correct and the location of networking has change. Follow the lab step by step and it did not work.

Docs are a little out of date with the Networking UI seeing some name changes and minor edits. Can be figured out, but needs refreshing.

I was not able to find "Cloud Routers" on Network Section, i found that in "interconect" but theres no option to configure.

GCP has changed, and you cannot anymore click configure directly from the Cloud Routers. Also, cloud routers is now under interconnect. For the vpn, you have to go to to Interconnect-> VPN, and create them manually. Therefore the steps are not up to date anymore.
