Derive Insights from BigQuery Data: Challenge Lab Reviews

Overall, the lab is good. The tasks are very interesting and quite challenging. I was happy to explore the data and became more comfortable with BigQuery and SQL in particular. However, in task 10, it was not clear what I needed to do, especially how to do it. I created a report just as instructed in the lab GSP409: Looker Studio, manually inputting all metrics and dimensions in a line chart setup, including filters. Despite following these instructions, my submission was not accepted by the automatic checking system. What actually helped was creating a SQL query in BigQuery to select the necessary data for task 10, then click exploring the data with Looker Studio in BigQuery. Only after doing this was I able to earn 10 points for the task. I believe this approach should be included in the task instructions or at least presented as an option in lab GSP409. Without clarity on the inner workings of the automatic grading system, it was difficult to determine where I had gone wrong, especially when my chart closely resembled the example provided.
