I did get hung up at calendar event creation, but it was becuase I assumed the toggle switch meant actions were already enabled. Got it sorted out. Secondarily, there was no confirmation that the lab was completed. It left me wondering whether the system was aware that I'd completed all the requirements.

As with all cloud training the steps are not 100% matching up, you have to work your way though it when the prompts don't work, such as enabling google workspace for the student id, then it worked.
