Both the proxy and private-ip instances were in europe-west-4a with the database which dilutes the need for proxy example. Task 2.11 gives "This is the Cloud SQL Proxy v1. It is no longer receiving active feature development." Task 3.5-8 don't give the feedback described and ask for a log in but we don't need to log in really.
