Seems like the lab is combined from different pieces. We setup PubSub source and sink connectors and do not use them later.

Well. Done. It would have been nice to note that SSH can be blocked by some firewalls, but once I figured that out, I found the lab to be pretty interesting. The links to the Kafka documentation concerning Streams and Tables was pretty intriguing.
