followed each and every instruction. but set up kafka step is not working

1. While deploying kafka to cluster, it was showing 403, permissions issue. 2. Tried to ssh into vm instance, getting gcloud command not found 3. Could not fix these issues. I couldn't complete single step. These labs are supposed to avoid these issues. This is really worst experience.
