You totally lost me ad "+ ADD A FIELD". There was no button and instructions are not helpful at the part

Unfortunatly the I wasn't able to finish Task 4, as after creating the field IS_LATE, the pie chart displayed an error if I tried to use the text field as Dimension, not sure why. I'm quite sure I followed the guide perfectly. Still learn a lot
